1.Please indicate your preferred installation date in the order notes, or contact the respective store after placing the order to confirm the specific installation date.
2.Please contact the store for an installation quote for over 100 km. The distance is calculated from our local store to the address you would like to have installed.
3.Please note that NO additional shipping charges will be applied if you have purchased the assembly service. This term does not apply to unpredictable and unexpected circumstances. Please contact the local store for further details.
4.Please be aware there is only ONE installer for the assembly services and will require your assistance.
5.Customers will be asked to provide FREE parking for up to 6 hours or be charged an additional parking fee if unable to provide it.

7.Please make sure that everything is ready when the installers arrive. If installers can't start their work at once due to a customer's problem or customers change their minds at the last minute, a $79 reschedule fee will apply accordingly.
8.This service does not include removing your previous item. Please remove the item and clean the place before the installers arrive. If you need to remove anything, please email us in advance. If you don't notify us before installation, installers have the right to refuse installation at that time. Extra calling-out fees will apply accordingly.
